We begin every project the right way — by coming to you. We meet on-site with the client to walk the property, listen carefully, and fully understand the scope and character of the work ahead. No detail is too small, no ambition too large.
During the site meeting we create a thorough record of all requirements discussed — using notes, photographs and annotations — so that no client request is missed or forgotten when moving to specification.
We produce a detailed Specification and Tender that sets out the full scope of works — complete with annotations and photographs. This ensures that both the client and contractor share a precise, agreed understanding of the project before work begins.
Where the project requires it, we can introduce you to our trusted network of architects, structural engineers and interior designers — each carefully matched to the character and complexity of your specific project.
Once instructed, we act as your main contractor and single point of contact, liaising with Building Control, Historic England (where listed building consent applies), architects, structural engineers and interior designers on your behalf. We provide a clear project timeline and schedule of works, keeping you fully informed at every stage.
Introduce yourself and your project and we'll get back to you. To help us get the most out of your message, please include:
